Storage Buildings East Texas

Emory Texas is a small town about mid way between Dallas to the West and Tyler to the East. It is split by highway 69 running East and West, and highway 19 running North and South. The area is largley agricultural, and is flanked by Lake Fork on one side, and lake Tawakoni on the other. Emory is the county seat of Rains county, the second smallest county in the state. Rains county is the “Bald Eagle” capitol of Texas. The County and the city of Emory are named for Emory Rains, the author of the state of Texas Homestead Act.
