America has become more health conscious in many ways, but we still can’t seem to get a handle on our personal health and conditioning.

Many people try to get to the gym, but it becomes time consuming and inconvenient to drive back and forth. Home workouts are often hampered by being at home. There is the distraction of television, the washing machine, the constant reminders of other things that may need to be done, and then there is the issue of space.

Space to move, space to put the equipment, or space to lay down a mat to do those crunches can be a problem in the living room, or the bed room. Frankly, there is also the issue of embarrassment. No one wants to be seen struggling with the exercises, whether by strangers in a gym, or by family at home. Don’t worry about the struggling part, that is natural for a while, but it might make it a little easier to stay on task if you feel comfortable.
