Quinlan Texas in Hunt county, is a sort of cross road, sitting at the junction of highway 34, and FM 35 which extends from Emory to the East, and Dallas to the West. FM 35 is an unofficial back road from DFW to East Texas passing through Quinlan, West Tawakoni, East Tawakoni, and ending in Emory at it’s junction with highway 69.
